Terms of Service
These terms govern access to K2 Mind Care websites, accounts, assessments, reports, organization workspaces and paid services.
1. Agreement and operator
By creating an account, purchasing, starting an assessment or using the service, you accept these terms and the policies linked below. K2 Mind Care is marketed and distributed under the K2 Mind Care brand; Prime Logic Ltd owns and operates the technology platform.
2. Account responsibilities
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, use multi-factor authentication where required and notify us promptly of suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security.
3. Nature of the service
K2 Mind Care provides screening, aptitude, career-guidance and reporting tools. Screening and automated interpretation support understanding and next steps; they do not establish a medical condition and are not an emergency service, employment guarantee or substitute for professional judgment. Follow displayed safety guidance and seek qualified help when appropriate.
4. Assessment participation and consent
Taking an assessment is voluntary and you may stop at any time. Your answers are processed to calculate a result, interpretation and next-step guidance. Required service processing is separate from optional result storage, organization sharing and marketing. A response indicating an immediate safety concern may pause the assessment and show support options. Starting an assessment records the consent version and choices displayed to you.
5. Purchases, credits and subscriptions
Prices, currency, included access and billing frequency are shown before confirmation. One assessment credit starts one new assessment session; the Single Assessment package does not unlock every test. Multi-credit packages provide the displayed number of sessions across available assessments, while organization credits are shared within the applicable workspace. A subscription renews for the disclosed billing period until cancelled before the next charge.
6. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may not share access unlawfully, copy or resell assessments or reports without authorization, scrape the service, bypass security, submit malicious code, impersonate another person or use results to discriminate unlawfully. The platform, branding, assessment presentation, software and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
7. Suspension and availability
We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, comply with law, investigate fraud, enforce these terms or maintain security. We aim for reliable service but may perform maintenance or experience events beyond reasonable control. We will preserve paid entitlements or provide an appropriate remedy where a material service failure is ours.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, K2 Mind Care and Prime Logic Ltd are not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses or for decisions made contrary to the stated limitations of a result. Aggregate liability for a paid claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the preceding 12 months. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda. The parties should first try in good faith to resolve a dispute through Support; unresolved disputes are subject to the competent courts of Rwanda. Contact K2mindcare@gmail.com or +250 796 694 798.
