Purchases and subscriptions

Refund Policy

Digital assessment access is prepared and delivered immediately. This policy explains when a payment is final and the limited cases in which a refund remains available. Effective 9 August 2026.

1. Final sale after delivery

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, a one-time digital purchase is non-refundable once assessment access or credits have been activated, an assessment has started, or a report, certificate or other digital deliverable has been made available. We do not refund for change of mind, non-use, failure to complete, disagreement with a properly calculated result or purchasing the wrong service after its description and price were displayed.

2. Subscriptions

Subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing period begins. You may cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next charge and retain access through the paid period. Cancellation does not reverse charges for a period already started.

3. Refund-eligible cases

We will investigate a duplicate or incorrect charge, a paid service that K2 Mind Care failed to deliver, or a service that is materially defective, materially different from what was ordered, does not work as advertised or is unfit for its stated purpose. These exceptions preserve the rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

4. How to request review

Submit a Support request promptly, normally within seven calendar days after the charge or discovery of the problem. Include the order reference, payment date and a concise description; never send a password, card number or one-time code. We may request reasonable evidence needed to verify delivery or the transaction.

5. Decision and payment

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank, mobile-money and payment-provider processing times are outside our control. A request may be refused where the service was delivered as described, the claim is abusive or fraudulent, or the account breached the Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
